Do Weight Loss Pills Actually Work? Leptoconnect Could Be The Answer

Do Weight Loss Pills Actually Work? Leptoconnect Could Be The Answer

LeptoConnect is a dietary supplement that is among some of the top selling weight loss related products sparking the industry today. In fact, it’s crashing the market with its results that targets the origin cause of weight gain: Leptin Resistance!

I came across this product while doing my monthly supplement review. I am not “Anti-Weight Loss Pills“, as most personal trainers may be. Instead, I am witness to how powerful these pills can be, both from a physical AND psychological perspective.

If you’re not familiar with leptin, it’s certainly familiar with you. Leptin, aka the ‘satiety hormone’ or ‘fat hormone’, plays a leading role in appetite control. Simply put, after you eat a meal, adipose tissue (fat cells) release leptin into your blood stream. This hormone acts on the hypothalamus in the brain to produce a feeling of fullness, which then suppresses your appetite and hopefully stops you from over-eating.

Take a look at this quick diagram I sketched out that displays how our leptin levels respond as our body fat levels shift:

Leptin Activity

Let’s say over the course of a few days we are consuming more calories than necessarily needed. That extra energy ends up being stored as triglycerides inside our fat cells. This will result in our fat cells increasing in size, and perhaps over time in number. Once that happens, what we will then see are our leptin levels start to rise to signal to our brain that we don’t need to eat any more. (The more leptin increases, the more satiated we are supposed to feel.) But when our fat cells become too large, we can develop what is called “Leptin Resistance”. This is when our brain no longer responds to the signal of the leptin that is being secreted from the fat tissue. Things are becoming dysregulated… damaged… and that becomes a problem.

How can you get your leptin levels back to normal?

This is mostly a problem in people who have gained a lot of weight. There are certain tell-tale signs that perhaps your leptin levels aren’t regulated or you are not responding normally to those signals. Some of the symptoms to look out for are 1) A constant feeling of hunger, even after having eating a large meal. 2) It becomes increasingly difficult to lose weight regardless of how much you exercise and how low your calories are. This then becomes an obvious indication that there is some sort of metabolic disfunction or suppression happening at the same time.

The number one thing to do is to LOSE BODY FAT. Do plenty of exercise! Find something that you really enjoy and burn / expend those calories. As your body fat levels start to decrease, hopefully you start to normalize your leptin response. (Remember, leptin is largely regulated by our body fat.) Once your body fat levels come down, then so should your leptin levels and that signaling to the brain can start to correct itself by secreting lowered levels of Ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and higher levels of Leptin.

Ultimately it comes down to energy balance through modifying your diet and how much activity you’re doing. If you need more guidance on this subject, leave a comment below.

What is Leptoconnect?

Why am I ok with Leptoconnect?

Leptoconnect is a 100% natural supplement that is designed to help you lose fat by supporting proper functioning of your leptin receptors.

Its main ingredients are 3 medicinal mushrooms that have been studied and used for centuries as “food for the brain and body”.
(It is however, important to note that all of these studies have only been performed on mice.)

Maitake Mushroom

2013 study indicates that maitake D-Fraction could be useful in preventing and treating breast cancer. Another study found that maitake powdered extract lowered cholesterol levels in mice. It was also shown to increase the breakdown of fatty acids that helps the body burn fat, instead of storing it.

Shiitake Mushroom

Studies suggest that some of the bioactive compounds in shiitake may protect against cancer and inflammation. During an experiment, shiitake have been found to help inhibit fat storage even in subjects fed a high calorie diet. Specialists believe the shroom can help maintain healthy cholesterols levels too.

One of the most important effects of the reishi mushroom is that it can boost your immune system. Several test-tube studies have shown that it can lead to the death of cancer cells and that it can support brain receptors and overall mental health.

Other than these 3 mushrooms, Leptoconnect contains ‘enhancer’ ingredients that when combined with the mushrooms, have even more fat-blasting results. These are; Red Raspberries, Cat’s Claw and Saw Palmetto. These compounds are popular for their antioxidant qualities and extended support of our digestive track.

Last but not least, they have also included 5 popular vitamins to ensure full support of the body through the entire process: Vitamin B6, Zinc, Vitamin E, Copper and Green Tea.

How does Leptoconnect work?

Leptoconnect is a weight loss promoter that works by optimizing the leptin bonding to the receptors in the arcuate nucleus in the hypothalamus of the brain. Simply put, it balances leptin hormone levels, allowing a person to eat only until they are full and satisfied. It is a natural approach that shifts the body’s conventional fat metabolism process. The additional ingredients aid not only in weight loss efforts but immunity, hormonal balance, and cognitive enhancements. They also make it risk-free, gradual, and pretty much suitable for every person.

How to use Leptoconnect?

For optimal results it is suggested that you take Leptoconnect for 90 days. Or until you reach your goal weight. It comes in capsule form, two capsules per day. Do not mix it with any other dietary supplement, fat burners, or medicines, as this combination may change the results. Be sure to follow the standard usage guidelines. For faster results, combine the use of Leptoconnect into a lifestyle of healthy eating and regular exercise.

Where to buy leptoconnect?

Leptoconnect is only available at their online store. It’s at an affordable price with certain bundle options available and no hidden fees.

Make sure you buy it from the official site: here. I’ve noticed some scammers that are offering an attractive, but false discount! Don’t be fooled, there is no discount on Leptoconnect! However, do take comfort in knowing that each order of Leptoconnect is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

To Buy Or Not To Buy

Like I said at the very beginning, the power of these “pills” whether a placebo or not, is something we can certainly use to our advantage. Due to its lack of harmful ingredients and plant based formula, Leptoconnect is a great option for a weight loss promoter.

Once again, for optimal results combine the supplement with a regular exercise regimen and expect to notice a decrease in hunger, improved metabolism and eventually, weight loss.
