“Awareness is the greatest agent for change.”

We are not our thoughts, but they do have a great impact on how we live our lives. Therefore, we explore the ways in which we can be mindful in all that we do. Likewise, we encourage all to be aware of ourselves -and others- during moments of vulnerability, so as to help when needed and share joy when appropriate. And ultimately, we seek to raise the level of consciousness and compassion among mankind.
