How do I take the tablets?
The high protein in spirulina makes it really chewy so it might stick to your teeth
a bit! That’s why we prefer to swallow them. Whether you swallow Energybits algae tablets or chew them, you get the same benefits so do what works best for you! Remember to drink lots of water because your body needs it to process the high protein and chlorophyll found in algae.
When do I take the tablets?
Take the spirulina algae in the morning or afternoon or before workouts. basically anytime you want increased energy and focus and less hunger. You can also take them during intermittent fasting when you need focus or energy or a fast easy, healthy, high-protein snack.
Take chlorella algae in the evenings before bed to help you detox and repair your body while you are asleep. You can also take it after sports activities to remove any lactic acid and prevent soreness. Taking them after drinking alcohol can help reduce the challenge of a hangover.
You only need 3 to 4 tablets per serving to stop hunger, improve energy/focus and improve wellness. But by all means, if you need more, then take more.
For optimal sports/work performance take 15-30+ tablets. Children can have one tablet per their age (if they are two years old, give them 1-2 tablets etc.)
