Chlorella & Spirulina Algae = PPE For Your Insides
As coronavirus spreads throughout the world, we are all finding our own ways to protect ourselves and our loved ones. Not only do we need to wear masks in public and around others, we also need to respect social distancing in order to slow the spread of this highly-transmissible disease! However, we should also be taking other steps to be sure we’re prepared to fight the disease.
A physically weak or exhausted body won’t put up much of a fight; therefore, be sure to stay active and as fit as possible while also getting a good night’s sleep (as always). It has also been repeatedly proven that physical fitness and good sleep boost one’s immune system, but here are some things you can add to your diet that will strengthen your defense even more.
Chlorella Algae – Chlorella is a green algae that removes toxins (including mercury, alcohol, lead etc) and is a great replacement for greens. In a scientific study, researchers found that those who took “Chlorella” produced more antibodies and fought off bacteria and viruses. Another clinical study showed that Chlorella algae boosts the production of natural killer cells, which help your body fight off viral infections.
Spirulina Algae – This blue–green algae may help keep you safe by breaking down the virus at the cellular level! Spirulina algae contains mannose-binding lectins that help to penetrate and break down the shells of viruses (including the coronavirus) such as SARS and MERS. (Another clinical study showed that Spiraling Algae significantly reduces the replication of viruses such as HIV!) In addition to these amazing findings, this algae also satisfies hunger, improves energy and boosts mental focus. From an aesthetic approach i’ve noticed clearer skin & stronger hair.
